Studio Etiquette

A few things to know before your class.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled class to settle in and start on time.

Classes begin promptly. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started.

Grip socks are required for all classes. Available for purchase at the studio.

Mobile phones are not permitted during class.

The studio is instructor-led at all times and cannot be used without a coach present.

Please clean your Microformer after class. Disinfectant is provided.

We ask everyone to respect the space, the equipment, and one another.
